Our company joined Baiyuan in December 2020. It was actually a coincidence that we joined Baiyuan at that time. The operator in Guizhou invited us to Changsha, Hunan to listen to the first class of the leader, Mr. Zhao.


On the first morning, we went to listen to Mr. Zhao's lecture on "How to Manage the Nutrition and Nursing Project in Stores". In the past, I was quite confident. I felt that I was a leading company in the local area and I was doing better. But after listening to Mr. Zhao’s class, I felt very scared. If a BaiYuanJingYang store came to our Jinsha, our company might die. .


After listening to the class, we organized our employees—our executives, our middle-level cadres, our technicians, and even our middle workers—to attend lectures in Changsha, Hunan, and Xinyu, Jiangxi.


After listening to the class, I asked everyone to hold a meeting, and asked everyone to talk about our feelings after the class and whether the company wants to join Baiyuan. Everyone voted at the meeting and raised their hands to approve us to join Baiyuan.


We signed a contract with Baiyuan in December 2020 and officially joined the Baiyuan family.


Of course, I felt good after joining Baiyuan, but we were in the first three months, and at that time I felt like I was about to give up.


Why?


Because the cultural quality of employees in our industry is relatively low, it is very difficult for everyone to learn theoretical knowledge, and then practice it in practice. It is too difficult, but when I think that our employees have been with me for more than 10 years, our company still needs to develop, so I still persist. Take the staff to learn bit by bit.


After half a year of running-in, we officially opened in September.


After a year of running-in, our employees are now full of confidence. As an enterprise, we have also tasted the sweetness. Our profitability has been increasing all the way, and the learning ability of our employees has also been greatly improved.


We are currently preparing for a second store. The employees have been with me for more than 10 years. We have come together. I have to give an explanation to the people below me. Besides, after we joined Baiyuan, Baiyuan’s philosophy is that our company and employees go together, make money together, and share profits together. Therefore, we The company decided to give 70% of the shares to our employees.
