Talking about his experience in team management, Ji Caijun believes that we must first find everyone’s shortcomings, and then improve and solve them in a targeted manner. Regarding the next step, he also has a clear plan: to increase the monthly output value of a single store to about 600,000 yuan; to continue to open 3-4 Baiyuan stores in the local area; to reform the partnership system, that is, all core employees will hold shares.

"It won't be more difficult than before, and the automotive aftermarket will definitely become easier and easier to do," Ji Caijun said.
